Esports team “Sengoku Gaming” based in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, announced on December 28 that Fisker has joined the VALORANT division. Since FAV Gaming announced the contract cancellation last month, it will be the first time in about a month and a half that he has returned to the competition scene.
Fisker will enter the competitive VALORANT scene in 2020. In July of the same year, he joined FAV gamig as a founding member of the VALORANT division and contributed to fourth place in the VCT 2021 Japan Stage 1 Masters and VCT 2021 Japan Stage 2. After Transferring to Crazy Raccoon in June 2021, he experienced global competitions such as VCT 2021 Stage 3 Masters and VALORANT Champions 2021, and announced his return to FAV games in January this year.
He specializes in aggressive agents like Jet, Reina and Rays, and has led the team in solid performance throughout his career, with Jet’s K/D at 1.19 and Reina’s K/D at 1.21. He also played an active role on the national mainstream scene with various agents including Sky, Sage and KAY/O.
However, in November of this year, a scandal was reported in Bunshun and FAV Gaming announced that his contract had been terminated. Along with that, he announced that he would temporarily suspend his activities as a player and distributor, but on the 25th of this month he announced his return to the competitive scene and announced that he would resume his player activities.
Regarding the addition of him, Sengoku Gaming said, “Fisker’s technical skills, gaming motivation, and other abilities as a professional gamer are worth watching, and I believe he will become an indispensable member of Sengoku Gaming. I will be a role model for professional esports players and guide the team in fulfilling my responsibilities as a member of society.”
Fisker also posted on his Twitter account: “I am truly grateful to everyone at Sengoku Gaming who gave me this opportunity, as well as all the sponsors. I will do my best not to let this opportunity go to waste.” He expressed his thanks to the team and expressed his intention to work wholeheartedly.
The Sengoku Gaming roster with the new addition of Fisker is below. The team is scheduled to participate in VALORANT Challengers Japan 2023, which opens in January next year, and aims to advance from the Ascension Tournament to the International League.
